Workshops

Birding Workshop: Early morning birding adventure immersed in Yellowstone - this vast and legendary park is home to over 300 species of birds. Whether you’re new to birding or have a strong base of knowledge - we will all improve our skills of identification, expand our awareness and repertoire of birdcalls, and deepen our connection w our feathered neighbors. By opening your eyes and ears to the avian life around you in the park - you will build the ability to find magic wherever you go.

Archery Workshop: Archery is both a meditation and a skill, requiring your mind and body to enter a state of calmness and intense focus. I’m excited to teach you about the art of intuitive recurve archery in person + to practice together in one of the most beautiful places on earth. The Archery Workshop we will cover: basic archery gear + terminology, general archery safety, Archery as a meditation, shot cycle + how to shoot, + we will play a few fun target games.

Survival Mindset w/ Molly Daley, Wilderness EMT + Fan Favorite on Discovery’s “Naked + Afraid”: In this session, we'll cover introduction to wilderness preparedness and survival, stress responses and nervous system regulation, and how to foster a Survival Mindset - both in the wild and in our everyday lives. When we think of 'survival,' we often associate primitive survival tactics, bushcraft, hunting and foraging. While these are important hard skills to have in an emergency wilderness survival situation, it leaves out the physiological adaptations, embodied practices, and mindset that are critical in a crisis and on the broader spectrum of human survival.

Exclusions

  • Flights
  • Food & Alcohol (except as noted)
  • Visas & Travel Insurance
  • Airport Transfers Outside of Designated Times
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
