Survival Mindset w/ Molly Daley, Wilderness EMT + Fan Favorite on Discovery’s “Naked + Afraid”: In this session, we'll cover introduction to wilderness preparedness and survival, stress responses and nervous system regulation, and how to foster a Survival Mindset - both in the wild and in our everyday lives. When we think of 'survival,' we often associate primitive survival tactics, bushcraft, hunting and foraging. While these are important hard skills to have in an emergency wilderness survival situation, it leaves out the physiological adaptations, embodied practices, and mindset that are critical in a crisis and on the broader spectrum of human survival.
