Your Host

Yanyah Milutinovic

Yanyah (Janja) Milutinovic was born and raised in Sweden by her Serbian/Montenegrin single father. She started karate at 10 years of age, and carried this on, becoming The Open World Cup Champion for children at the age of 15.

In 2008 she left Europe and moved to New York City all by herself. She encountered some really rough first 6 years as an immigrant in this new foreign country, as she survived 5 years of extreme domestic violence.

Today, Yanyah Milutinovic boasts one of the most athletic backgrounds and best physiques you are likely to find in fitness. She is a certified personal trainer and has over 16 years of experience in sports and fitness. This has fully allowed her to master her mind body and spirit while teaching and empowering people.

Yanyah focuses on martial arts style striking, endurance training, body modification, power lifting, calisthenics, plyometrics and mind body connection targeted work outs. Yanyah is both a dominate influence within the fitness industry and in life. Moreover, she is an active advocate/survivor of domestic violence and at the forefront of the fit pregnancy movement.


Day 1

Welcome to Bali! You made it, and we’re so excited to have you join us on the trip of a lifetime! TrovaTrip will greet you at the airport and arrange transportation to Ubud. After you get settled into your room you’ll join the rest of the crew for a welcome dinner and toast to the next adventure-packed 7 days to come!

Overnight in Ubud

Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). TrovaTrip will provide 3 transfers between 8am and 5pm.

Day 2

You’ll hit the ground running today with a city tour around Ubud! First you will head to a coffee plantation where you will get to sip luwak (cat-poop coffee!) Next, you’ll make some fuzzy friends at the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest before sipping coffee amongst the trees at a coffee plantation. Make sure to bring your camera for some epic shots on the jungle swings! You’ll round out the day exploring the rice terraces and lunch with the group.

That afternoon you will GET MADE with your first workout led by Yanyah!

Day 3

After breakfast and another fitness session, you are off to a local market to handpick fresh ingredients for your traditional Balinese cooking class. Then, head back to the kitchen where you will learn Balinese cooking methods before trying your hand at crafting authentic local flavors from scratch.

End your day with a cycling tour around the countryside to see ancient temples and rice fields surrounding your hotel!

Day 4

After breakfast, you will head off to hike to the Tukad Cepung Waterfall, one of Bali's most beautiful and "Instagrammed" waterfalls. Once you complete this short hike, you will get lunch at a local restaurant in Kintamani where you will see the breathtaking views of Mt. Batur and the lake surrounding it.

Next stop is a visit to the hot springs where you will experience firsthand the rejuvenating effects of the natural hot water. Here, you will have the option to sign up for a Balinese massage to relieve your muscles. Later that evening, Yanyah will lead you through another full body workout back at the hotel before calling it a night!

Day 5

Today you are heading out of the bustling city to the serene beach town of Canggu! Along the way you will stop to explore the famous Tanah Lot Temple before settling into your beach side resort.

Restore and relax at one of the world's finest beaches for the day before hitting the gym for another seminar led by Yanyah.

End the evening sipping a cocktail by the pool to catch the beautiful sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Overnight in Canggu

Included: Breakfast, Tanah Lot Temple Tour, Lunch

Day 6

Your last day on this beautiful island. Take time to explore Canggu on your own or sign up for an optional surf lesson! Yanyah will lead you through a full body beach workout before your last group dinner to reminisce on all the memories and good times from your trip!

Day 7
