Day 1

Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, meet and greet with our driver and guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Ubud. After check-in and freshening up, you’ll meet your travel crew for a welcome dinner and toast to adventures to come!

Day 2

Your love affair with Bali begins today! After breakfast, you’ll drive to the holy spring and sacred temple of Tampaksiring, Tirta Empul, a classic Balinese Hindu water temple.

The next stop is Gunung Kawi, home of 11th-century tombs carved into rock formations. The countryside here is very fertile and lush, and the footpath leading down to the temple passes through some breathtakingly beautiful rice terraces.

In the afternoon you’ll lace up the boots and head to the Campuhan Ridge Trail for a walk through the natural side of Ubud. Campuhan, which translates to ‘place where 2 rivers meet,’ is a stunning trail through the lush tropical forest with natural viewpoints over sacred river gorges.

You’ll then head to Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest, a sanctuary that inhabits over 700 grey macaques. The monkeys here can be mischievous and are known to steal sandwiches so keep an eye out for your possessions and enjoy the walk through the dense foliage.

On the way back to town you’ll end the day at the Cafe Pomegranate for a refreshing drink with a gorgeous view of the surrounding forest and rice paddies.

Day 3

Early this morning, hours before sunrise, you’ll head to the Mount Batur trailhead to hike up the volcano in time to catch a sunrise over Bali.

After a challenging trek to the top of the volcano, arrive in time to watch the sunrise over a spectacular panorama, a reward well-worth the early morning. From your vantage point, the sun rising over the eastern side of Bali behind Mount Agung creates a stunning silhouette.

With the sun rising overhead, enjoy a light breakfast of bread, banana and egg expertly cooked by your guide using the heat of the volcano!

After breakfast, you’ll head back down to the starting point where you’ll be transferred to Toya Bungkah Hot Springs. Take a rejuvenating dip into the water, a perfect reward for your legs!

Later in the day, you will immerse yourself in culture and cuisine with a Balinese cooking class. In this class, you will learn about traditional Balinese cooking and even try your hand making it yourself.

Day 4

This morning you’ll hop on a speedboat and begin your Bali island hopping adventure!

You’ll begin by exploring Nusa Penida, the largest of the 3 Nusa Islands off the coast of mainland Bali. Today you’ll explore the east side of Nusa Penida. First stop is Atuh Beach, a gorgeous little cove with cliff views and a secluded beach on the bay.

You’ll then climb up to the Rumah Pohon Treehouse for the epic ‘Thousand Islands View Point.’

Day 5

After breakfast, you’ll grab a pair fins and a snorkel and head out for your underwater snorkeling adventure!

There will be coral reef and rainbow colored fish in abundance but the stars of the show are the majestic manta rays which can stretch up to 29 feet in length! It’s a different world under the sea!

In the afternoon you’ll have the rest of the day at leisure to take in the island vibes, dip your toes in the sand, enjoy the ocean breeze and chill.

Day 6

The island adventure of Nusa Penida continues in your exploration of the island’s wild southern region.

You’ll begin your journey by walking up to the island’s edge and checking out the epic view at Banah Cliff Viewpoint. Next, you’ll head to Tembeling Beach for a short walk through a tiny forest trail which leads to a hidden natural pool where you can jump in for a dip. From there your journey continues to Peguyangan Spring, home of a sacred Balinese Hindu temple and site of purification.

In the afternoon you’ll head back to the hotel for some time to relax and chill.

Day 7

After breakfast, you’ll wave goodbye to Nusa Penida and boat transfer back to Bali’s mainland. You’ll have the afternoon free in Sanur to do any last minute shopping or sightseeing. If you’re feeling active, there will be an optional Stand-up Paddleboard activity organized at Sanur Beach.

In the afternoon you’ll head back to the hotel to freshen up before heading out with the group for one final farewell dinner and toast to an extraordinary adventure.

All good things must come to an end until our next adventure! We’ll transfer you to the airport and bid farewell for now!
