Arrive Workshop (75 min): Surrounded by a bed of flower pedals, our first practice will be focused on arriving; physically on our mats, mentally in the group and also emotionally arriving - letting go of the things that no longer serve you and preparing the self for the week ahead. It will be a gentle grounding practice, mixed with some vinyasa flow (like a hug for the whole body!). Journal work will also be included in this class.
Unfold & Unearth Workshop (60 min): A class based on the Earth Element. All about planting your roots, finding stability and confidence in the self. This will be both a physical asana class, as well as pranayama (breathing) and meditation.
Satya Circle (60 mins): Satya Circle is an honesty or truth circle. Here we will get to know one another rather intimately, and hold space for each other on a journey of growth and expansion. This circle is optional, and those who choose to participate will also adhere to Satya circle confidentiality (nothing that is spoken about in the Satya circle is spoken about outside of the circle unless the person chooses to bring it up again.) It is a space of vulnerability and healing.
Flow State Workshop (60 min): Find a sense of flow and fluidity by seeking stillness through movement. A vinyasa class, inspired by the ocean. Moving slowly, in order to connect the body to the mind and the breath like a feeling of moving through water.
Yoga Nidra (30 min): A guided Yoga Nidra. A very deep relaxation practice. Come as you are, comfortable clothes recommended.
Life Force Workshop (60 mins): For this Pranayama class we will go through some breathwork together, followed by gentle movements to open up the body. Merging the breath with the movements we will find a very slow flow.
Vinyasa (60 min): Designed to get your heart pumping and body flowing.
Bloom Workshop (90 mins): A holistic class; meditation, pranayama and vinyasa flow. Designed to find and feel gratitude, acknowledge transformation and growth as well as creating space to continue to bloom. A “feel good” class.

Sjana is an adventure seeking, sunshine loving, hug giving, yoga doing, travel enthusiast.
After going through some hardships with anxiety and depression in her late teens, she has re-found a love for herself and the world through yoga and travel. Now, she finds bliss by sharing her passion for yoga and happiness with the world - becoming incredible vulnerable and real in order to connect, she encourages you to find and shine your inner light too. This retreat will be more than just adventure and yoga, it will be a journey of the self, through the self and to the self - creating deep connections with your own heart, as well as those around you. A journey of personal power and communal empowerment (mixed with a bunch of good times, adventures, journalling, amazing plant-based food and of course, some yoga and meditation!)
