Start the day with a morning workshop and then relax before heading out to tour the ancient Tulum ruins. Later, enjoy the onsite beach club for refreshments and a cocktail.

Tulum Ruins
Tulum National Park, overlooking the blue Caribbean coastline, is home to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum. During the 13th to 15th centuries, the city of Tulum, with an estimated population of 1600, was an important trading hub with both sea and land routes. Inhabited as early as the 6th century, Tulum was one of the last of the Mayan cities to exist. Explore the ancient site with your Guide and learn about a bygone era of sea trade, Mayan gods, and ancient traditions!

Cenote Visit and Snorkeling
Visit the three Mayan cenotes, one of the region’s most beautiful natural phenomena. The clear blue water of these sinkholes, located deep under the jungle, are said to hold special energies. These sacred places were not only a main water source for the Mayan people but also a sacrificial site to honor their gods. Take the opportunity to cool off with a swim or snorkel at all three cenotes and snap some unforgettable pictures of the massive stalactites and stalagmites surrounding the pools.

Today, Tulum is yours to explore! Hang out by the beach or explore the local shops and restaurants. If you're feeling adventurous, sign up for the optional visit to the Sian Ka’an biosphere reserve. This full day activity will include snorkeling and a boat ride through mangroves in the reserve.
