Buenos días! Today, a short drive will take you to Santa Cruz, Costa Rica’s 'National Folklore City'. This colorful city is well known for its many festivals and celebrations, including music; dancing; fireworks; food and beer. This area, once a thriving region of the Chorotega tribe, still retains some of its rich Chorotega folklore and culture, which can be seen in their artwork, handmade pottery and figurines.
